Set in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, this captivating production delves into the intertwined lives of Alice Murphy, Billy Cane, and the individuals in their orbit. The narrative unfolds during the years 1945-1946, with flashbacks to 1923-1924. Notably, the musical showcases the soul-stirring sounds of Bluegrass music, skillfully composed by the Steve Martin and Edie Brickell. The ensemble cast adds depth and diversity to the production.
